600 Gallon Platform Series High Pressure Jetting UnitsUS Jetting 4018 - 600 Gallon UnitThe most popular series of US Jetting units is the 600 Gallon Platform series. A second 300 gallon water tank and a matched set of axles with an elongated frame provide double water capacity. This design original design has been in production since 1994 has just undergone a complete upgrade for 2011. New for 2011 is the change to powder coated aluminum components. The control panel, diesel fuel tank, anti-freeze storage tank, hydraulic oil tank, toolboxes and fenders are now constructed of aluminum the powder coated for maximum durability. Trailer frames have been increased from 2" by 3" steel to 2" by 4" steel for increased life. Customers can select from a range of US Jetting PumpSets (engine & high pressure jetting pump) to be mounted on this model trailer chassis. 600 Gallon Platform trailer units are designed and fabricated to support the US Jetting PumpSet, not just a pre-fabricated trailer chassis.

US Jetting 4018 - 600 Gallon Unit 4,000 PSI @ 18 GPM
Two lockable tool (and accessory) storage boxes provide security, weather protection and easy operator access. Rear hydraulic hose reel is mounted on a seven position swivel bearing for increased functionality. An electronic strobe light provides safety illumination and a plug-in hand held spotlight are provided as standard equipment. Rear aluminum diamond plate storage area with railing provides storage space for traffic cones, hoses or other related supplies. A 2" water fill system with air gap allows for quick hydrant filling or with a typical garden hose.
600 Gallon Platform Series are manufactured with a 2-5/16" ball hitch with an optional available pintel hitch. Electric brakes with a battery powered breakaway activation system or a hydraulic surge brake system with breakaway activator is standard.
600 Gallon Platform Series are manufactured with either an Anti-Freeze System for winterizing the unit or a higher capacity diesel fuel tank.

Now available with Kubota Diesel power. This 600 Gallon Platform has a Kubota 83 HP diesel engine to power a US Jetting 4025 pump.

600 Gallon Platform Series can be manufactured with custom color paint. US Jetting can manufacture units in the custom colors to match any business color scheme. An optional black water storage tank is available upon request.
