Next Generation of High Pressure Jetters

US Jetting announces their new range of high pressure jetting units above 4,000 PSI.

US Jetting steps up the pressure with the introduction of 5,000 PSI high pressure jetting units designed for the sewer & drain cleaning. These units add a new dimension of High Pressure / Low Flow to the high pressure jetting industry. The two new units include
  • 5,000 PSI @ 14 GPM powered by a 49 HP Hatz Diesel
  • 5,000 PSI @ 18 GPM powered by a 66 HP Hatz Diesel
More Pressure Power At The Nozzle

Pressure loss through the 500' of ½" high pressure jetting hose remains constant between 4K and 5K units. This allows for the additional 1,000 PSI to be added to the nozzle for increased cutting or cleaning power.

These two higher pressure US Jetting pumpsets are available for mounting on any of US Jetting's standard trailer units, trucks, enclosed trailers or trucks and skids. All units will use US Jetting's new ½" diameter high pressure jetting hose with a rated 6,000 PSI working pressure. The ½" diameter 6,000 PSI jetting hose has a 16,000 PSI minimum burst rating that maintains a 2.5 to 1 safety factor.

High Pressure Jetters

Why go above 4,000 PSI?
Extra pressure provides faster and more efficient pipe or surface cleaning. Past industry experience has shown the performance differences between 2,000 PSI & 4,000 working pressures, creating new industry applications and opportunities for 4,000 PSI units. Increasing water pressure by 1,000 PSI will again increase productivity and open a new level of job applications.

More Power For Tough Jobs On Demand

The fastest changeover in the industry. All US Jetting 5K units are shipped with a second set of nozzles sized to operate at 4,000 PSI while maintaining maximum water flow output from the pump. For standard jobs, operators can use 4,000 PSI nozzles while maintaining maximum water flow. This is different than using a 5K nozzle while operating the unit at reduced RPM's to achieve 4,000 PSI; this method results in a corresponding decrease in water flow output (i.e. Using a 5,000 PSI @ 18 GPM nozzle operating at 4,000 PSI reduces water flow to 14.5 GPM). Specialty nozzles can be sized for use with any of the higher pressure jetting units.

These new units will allow US Jetting salesmen to demonstrate the differences in the field with just one unit. Using a new 5,000 PSI unit, US Jetting salesmen can demonstrate 4,000 or 5,000 PSI for customers to see the power difference.

Current US Jetting Safety Dump Guns are rated for operation at 6,000 PSI. Operators need only to select or purchase a gun nozzle tip that is sized for the higher pressure & desired flow.
