Penetrator nozzles have multiple forward firing jets for maximum blockage penetration or for pushing debris downstream. More of the pressurized water flow is directed forward of the nozzle through four jets, about 40% of the total water flow. Four rear jets provide thrust for propulsion. Normally 10% of pressurized water is used (through the single forward jet) on 3 Rear, 1 Forward nozzles for blockage penetration. Thrust or pulling power of the nozzle is reduced since water is diverted and applied in the opposite direction.
US Jetting offers two styles of Chisel Head Penetrator nozzles. The standard Chisel Head (pictured above on left) with inserts allows for the nozzle body to be jetted for multiple flow & pressure requirements. The standard Chisel Head nozzle has removable or replaceable ceramic nozzle inserts. The new US Jetting RPD Chisel Head nozzle (pictured above on right) is a variant of the US Jetting RPD nozzle series that offer a two-piece design for easy cleaning of internal passages.

US Jetting RPD Chisel Head Nozzle
Tow Piece design allows for easy nozzle cleaning. Pieces are sealed with a single dowdy seal to maintain pressure. Two piece design allows for internal precision machining of water passages for more effective jet streams. Currently, the RPD Chisel Head is only available for ½" diameter high pressure jetting hose, ¾" & 1" sizes are coming soon.

Economical Combo Pack includes one RPD Egghead and one RPD Chisel Head heads and with one base with 2 dowdy seals in a storage case.
US Jetting Chisel Head
The standard US Jetting Chisel Head nozzle series is available for use with high pressure jetting hoses in sizes from ¼" to 1" diameters. Four forward jets deliver 40% of the pressurized water to the front of the nozzle for penetrating blockages or pushing debris down the pipeline while four rear jets provide propulsion thrust. Ceramic nozzle inserts are removable for cleaning or replacement. Inserts can be ordered in various sizes to obtain desired pressure & flows. Call US Jetting to order nozzles to match the pressure, flow and hose diameter.
Ceramic inserts can be ordered for various pressure and flow requirements. Blanks or plugs are available for front ports if required
