US Jetting 4018 - 600 Gallon Truck UnitA popular choice for municipalities is the US Jetting 4018 pump set mounted on a truck. Producing 4,000 PSI @ 18 GPM, this unit is powerful enough to handle the toughest cleaning jobs. These versatile units provide daily use reliability. Standard features include a seven position swivel hose reel, 500' of high pressure jetting hose, Jump Jet pulsation system and twin lockable toolboxes. A two inch hydrant fill system with air gap reduces tank refill times. This unit features an optional Hatz Silent Pack Diesel engine.
US Jetting 4025 - 600 Gallon Trucks, Kubota Diesel Power
These twin municipal trucks have a US Jetting 4025 Run Dry Pump with 800 feet of 5/8" high pressure jetting hose. 
The jetting units are mounted on cab over chassis for optimum mobility in congested urban areas. Truck chassis is a Chevrolet C-5500 Duramax Diesel with All Wheel Drive. No CDL license required. 
US Jetting 4025 - 600 Gallon Truck Unit
US Jetting 4025 - 1200 Gallon, PTO Drive Truck UnitUS Jetting 4025 Dual Reel Jetting unit mounted on an International Chassis with 11R22.5 tires, equipped with an Allison automatic transmission and a 1,200 gallon water tank. The US Jetting 4025 Run-Dry pump is capable of producing 4,000 PSI at 25 GPM through a hose reel with 5/8" high pressure jetting hose or 4,000 PSI at 18 GPM through a second hose reel with 1/2" hose. The US Jetting Pump is powered by a PTO direct drive attached to the Allison transmission.
A full control station is mounted on the right rear hose reel. A US Jetting Gen II Wireless Remote Control System was added with control functions integrated into the truck chassis computerized engine control system. 
Each of the Dual Hose Reels contain 500 feet of high pressure jetting hose that if needed can be connected for jetting runs up to a 1,000 feet in length. Each hose reel is mounted on a 7 position swivel hose reel base for added convenience. 
The US Jetting 4025 Pump is mounted just behind the drivers cab door. Pump primer valve, water filter and tank drain are easily accessed. A secondary hydraulic drive motor was also installed to circulate water through the jetting system while transporting the truck during cold weather periods.

Optional Dual Hose Reels are popular choice for use with US Jetting 4025 pumps; 4,000 PSI @ 25 GPM through a 5/8" inside diameter high pressure jetting hose or 4,000 PSI @ 18 GPM through a 1/2" inside diameter hose. Half-inch diameter hose is more versatile for negotiating bends in 4 & 6" diameter pipes.
US Jetting 4018 - 600 Gallon Truck Unit - Trailer Toter
This truck unit was custom manufactured to fill the needs of a cured-in-place lining contractor. The unit transports a 22' equipment trailer, a high pressure jetting unit and a 4 man crew to a job site utilizing a single vehicle. When not used for cured-in-place lining jobs, this truck unit performs typical sewer & drain cleaning work. This the contractor's third US Jetting unit, previously purchasing two US Jetting 4018 - 300 Gallon units.
The Hydraulic Power Pull-Out Hose Reel allows the jetting unit to be used without disconnecting the cured-in-place equipment trailer. The truck is a Chevy 5500 with a diesel engine & automatic trailer. This unit was on display at the 2009 Pumper Cleaner Environmental Expo in Louisville, Kentucky.
