RPD Nozzles

The US Jetting RPD series of nozzles provide optimum drain cleaning ability in pipe diameters from 4 inch
upwards. Specifically designed for use with 1/2" & 5/8" high pressure jetting
hose and pressures up to 10,000 PSI.

RPD nozzles are available in three basic configurations:
     6 Rear
     3 Rear
     3 Rear, 1 Forward

Machined from high quality stainless steel, RPD nozzles have a unique two component design. Two piece design allows for precise machining of internal water passages to reduce water turbulence and improve fluid hydrodynamics. The two pieces are easily separated
for easy cleaning of blocked orifices. A re-usable high pressure Dowty seal maintains pressure integrity between components.

Rounded RPD nozzle easily negioates pipe bends and elbows. Corrosion free stainless steel prevents thread deterioration for longer nozzle life. 

Above pictures of RPD nozzles attached to Drain Jet Extension illustrate the basics of high pressure water jetting. Two RPD nozzles (one 3 Rear, 1 Forward & one 6 Rear) are included as standard equipment with most US Jetting High Pressure Jetting Units. Design of forward firing jet allows for use of 10% of water flow while maintaining design pressure of system. Diversion of water to the forward jet results in an overall 20% net loss in nozzle.





RPD style nozzles have been in production for over twenty
years, proof that a good design is difficult to improve upon.

RPD Tow Loop nozzles are available with either 3 or 6 rear jets for propulsion.
