Sand & Sludge Nozzle


Fabricated from a solid block of stainlees steel, Sand and Sludge Nozzles offer flat surfaces for gluiding over heavy dirt & debris deposits in large diameter pipes. A double beveled & rounded front on the Sand and Sludge Nozzles assists in climbing over debris to allow for the high pressure rear water streams to breakup and flush debris from the pipe.



The flat shape design allows for the nozzle to rollover in a pipe without the loss of cleaning efficiency.  High pressure water leaves the Sand & Sludge Nozzles through four replaceable rear mounted jets, two 0º degree nozzles and two 45º degree nozzles. A Drain Jet Extension (with a minimum length of 9 inches) should always be used for nozzle connection to protect the high pressure water hose against abrasive damage from flying debris. In addition, Drain Jet Extensions provide added weight to keep the nozzle on the bottom of the pipe and to prevent the nozzle from turning back (u-turns) within the pipe.
