“Our service team is expanding each year as we develop our service network; as part of it, I am pleased to announce the recent addition of Jason Thompson. Based in Fort Worth, TX, Jason provides service to Texas, Arkansas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, and Louisiana. Jason brings to the company over 15 years experience servicing Plunger and Radial Piston Diaphragm pumps. Jason also has a vast working knowledge of nozzles, hoses, and accessory selection. Another point of interest is our west coast expansion, which will offer Southern California customers local service in the next few months. We are excited by the new level of service we are about to offer our west coast customers.
We appreciate all our customers and are steadily progressing in the development of our national service network. Even when our machines operate in the most extreme remote locations, a phone call in most cases will help solve a service issue. John is our Senior Service Manager, and covers all Northeastern states. John has many years of Sewer Cleaning and High Pressure maintenance.
Johnny, Southeast Service Manager
Working for many years with US Jetting delivering units on the West Coast, Johnny now services all customers in the Southeast with Andrew Schellack.
Andrew, Southeast Service Manager
Andrew first serviced our customers at the home office before deciding to meet them face-to-face for their servicing needs. Andrew covers the Southeastern states along with John Gentry.

Charles, Home Office Service Manager
With access to all home office parts, paint and assembly resources, Charles is able to tackle the most intricate repairs, and even oversee the complete refurbishment of an older used jetter.
James, Quality Assurance
James thoroughly tests all units after assembly, and before shipping. James also ensures that all accessories ordered are shipped with the unit.

With 15 years of experience, Jason covers the Midwest states.
