This 4018 valve kit is for 4000PSI at 18GPM sewer jetters manufactured 2002 and later. The kit includes the valves, o-rings, and seals, which is why its commonly referred to as a complete rebuild of the pump. This kit is usually required when:
- Pump is leaking behind the two manifold heads, or between manifold heads, or at the bolts (see second image)
- Pump is cavitating
Anticipate needing one of these kits when the pump is leaking and the machine is around 800-1000 hours. Do not replace if pump if isn't leaking. Replacing a valve kit should be done before a complete manifold set (pump heads) rebuild is necessary.
